Good news: JNG China won the bid for Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group' s ultra-low emission transformation project!

JNG China won the bid for the ultra-low emission transformation project of flue gas desulfurization facility of Anhui Shuguang Chemical Thermoelectric Plant, which is the second cooperation between the two sides!

Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group was established in October 1995 by the parent company Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries. Adhering to the concept of "green chemical industry, innovative development", the group has developed into an enterprise group integrating science, industry and trade, and the group ranks among the top 50 comprehensive strength of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province, and is a large-scale cyanide production base in China and even in Asia, an enterprise certified by the International Cyanide Management Standard, and an important producer of coal-based multi-generation organic chemicals in Anhui Province.

The first phase of the desulfurization project of this transformation is designed as 1 absorber for 2boilers. The single absorber is designed to treat flue gas from 2 150 t/h boilers. The single absorber is designed to treat flue gas of 425370Nm3/h (standard, wet base, actual oxygen) according to 110% of the flue gas volume, and the designed S02 concentration is to be 1500mg/Nm3 (standard, wet base, actual oxygen). Under the design conditions, the total smoke volume and full-time desulfurization efficiency are not less than 98%, and the S02 in the flue gas after desulfurization is not higher than 30mg/Nm3.
