| The SRU CLAUS part of this project adopts Tecnimont KT' s technology. The tail gas at the outlet of the tail gas catcher is incinerated in the tail gas incinerator, and then heated by the high-pressure steam superheater and the waste heat boiler of the tail gas incinerator before entering into three sets of ammonia desulfurization tail gas treatment units. After incineration, the concentration of SO2 in flue gas is 31439mg / Nm3. After treatment, the concentration of SO2 in flue gas is ¡Ü 100mg / Nm3, and the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 99.8%, which meets the requirements of the emission limit of SO2 ¡Ü 100mg / Nm3 in the national standard emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry (GB 31570-2015). |

| JNEP signed contract with Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group Co., Ltd. For the ammonia based desulfurization retrofit project of 4 million tons / year indirect coal liquefaction unit. The design flue gas treatment capacity of ammonia based desulfurization unit is 135603Nm3 / h (standard , wet basis and actual oxygen), the concentration of SO2 in tail gas is 8618mg / Nm3 (standard , wet basis and actual oxygen), and the SO2 and dust in the net flue gas after desulfurization are ¡Ü 100mg / Nm3 and ¡Ü 50mg / Nm3. |

| Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketeng Coal to Gas Co., Ltd. locates in Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. It is built by Datang energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. JNEP undertakes the flue gas desulfurization project of this Coal to Gas project. In Phase I of this project, JNEP undertakes the construction of tail gas ammonia based desulfurization unit for 4¡Á470t/h boiler and chemical industry section. The contract was signed in April 2010 and the construction started in the same month. In Phase I of the power zone, 4 x 470 t/h boilers are designed as two absorbers for one boiler. The single absorber processing flue gas volume is 1.39 million Nm3/h. The design value of the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 96.5%. The SO2 content is designed as not more than 200 mg/Nm3 in the clean flue gas. The chemical zone has 1, 2, 3-phase units, and a total of one absorber is installed in Phase III, desulfurization efficiency is not less than 98%. |
