World°Įs leading ammonia-based desulfurization project -- Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group Co., Ltd. 10 °Ń 200 MW unit
The power station of this project is equipped with ten 640 t/h boilers and one desulfurization absorber will be fitted for each boiler.
JNEP signed a general contract with Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group Co., Ltd. for the 4 million tons/year coal indirect liquefaction project with power station flue gas desulfurization engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project. The power station of this project is equipped with ten 640 t/h boilers and one desulfurization absorber will be fitted for each boiler. Unit inlet: The actual flue gas volume is 1,260,419 m3/h, the flue gas temperature is 130 °„C, the sulfur dioxide content is 3,170.90 mg/Nm3, the nitrogen oxide is less than 100 mg/Nm3, the dust concentration is not more than 20 mg/Nm3; after the absorber is operating, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration at the outlet should be less than 35 mg/Nm3, the desulfurization efficiency should be no less than 98.5%, the ammonia slip should not exceed 8 mg/Nm3, and the ammonia utilization rate should be no less than 99%.

JNEP signed a contract with Sinopec Jinling Branch for the project of tail gas treatment system of 150000 T / a sulfur recovery unit. In this project, Claus tail gas and other waste gas from 150000 T / a sulfur recovery unit is put into the incinerator for peroxide incineration, and all hydrogen sulfide and organic sulfur in the tail gas will be converted into sulfur dioxide to ensure that H2S + COS + CS2 °‹ 10ppm to meet the requirements of ammonia desulfurization. After waste heat recovery, incineration flue gas is sent to ammonia based desulfurization unit. Inlet of desulfurization unit: actual flue gas volume 74347 Nm3 / h, flue gas temperature 270 °ś, sulfur dioxide content 18400mg / Nm3; After the operation of the desulfurization unit, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration in the outlet flue gas is less than 50mg / Nm3, the desulfurization efficiency should is less than 99.8%, and the ammonia slip is no more than 5mg / Nm3; The utilization rate of ammonia is not less than 99%. All the stats can meet the emission standard.

Under the design condition of flue gas 298500 Nm3/h and inlet SO2 concentration 1914 mg/Nm3 JNEP' s technology can ensure desulfurization efficiency°›95.7%. SO2 in flue gas after desulfurization is not higher than 100mg / Nm3, and total dust in flue gas after desulfurization is not higher than 20mg / Nm3.The flue gas after desulfurization meets the requirements of the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and total dust in FCC tail gas in gb31570-2015 emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry
