                | JNEP signed a general contract with Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group Co., Ltd. for the 4 million tons/year coal indirect liquefaction project with power station flue gas desulfurization engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project. The power station of this project is equipped with ten 640 t/h boilers and one desulfurization absorber will be fitted for each boiler. Unit inlet: The actual flue gas volume is 1,260,419 m3/h, the flue gas temperature is 130 <C, the sulfur dioxide content is 3,170.90 mg/Nm3, the nitrogen oxide is less than 100 mg/Nm3, the dust concentration is not more than 20 mg/Nm3; after the absorber is operating, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration at the outlet should be less than 35 mg/Nm3, the desulfurization efficiency should be no less than 98.5%, the ammonia slip should not exceed 8 mg/Nm3, and the ammonia utilization rate should be no less than 99%. |
