We are pleased to announce that our desulfurization unit at Tianqing, Henan Province, has achieved a record of 737 days of continuous and stable operation, earning high praise from the client!

On April 17, 2020, Henan Jin Control Tianqing Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (河南晋控天庆煤化工有限责任公司) sent a formal letter of commendation to our company. The desulfurization unit B, constructed by our company, was first put into flue gas operation on August 28, 2018, and operated continuously for 603 days until its scheduled shutdown for tower maintenance on April 21, 2020. Meanwhile, the desulfurization unit C began operation on April 10, 2018, and achieved an impressive 737 days of uninterrupted operation before its scheduled maintenance shutdown on April 15, 2020.

Both the B and C desulfurization units maintained stable, long-term operation under conditions of full boiler load and challenging inlet SO₂ concentrations exceeding 4000 mg/Nm³ on average. Not only were the units able to meet the stringent environmental requirements for ultra-low emissions, but they also contributed to the client’s goal of a two-year overhaul cycle for the facilities.
