The Sinopec Group Asset Management Co., Ltd. Hubei Chemical Fertilizer 1000kg / h (evaporated water) spray drying system constructed by our company began trial operation in September 2019. The 72-hour performance evaluation of the whole project was completed during November 19 to November 22, 2019.

Hubei Fertilizer Spray Drying System has a drying tower with a diameter of 6.3m and a total height of 14.5m. It is designed to handle ammonium sulfate solution ≥1670kg / h and the average processing capacity during performance evaluation is 1746.8kg / h. All indicators has met the requirements of the technical agreement.

At the beginning of the 72-hour evaluation of the spray drying system, the chloride ion concentration in the concentration section of the desulfurization tower was 67125 mg / L and at the end it was reduced to 39774 mg / L. The chloride ion removal effect was obvious and the owner highly praised the dechlorination effect of our spray drying system.
