| 1#, 2# Desulfurization Absorbers of Xing'an League Boyuan Chemical Project Successfully Passed 168 Hours Reliable Test |
Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region boyuan Chemical Co., Ltd thermal power projects 3 x 170 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers are equipped with ammonia-based desulfurization and dust removal integrated ultra-low technology, which was EPC contracted by JNG China.
The project built 3 sets of side row absorbers with the diameter of 6.3 meters and the height of 45 meters. After completion of the project, a single desulfurization device can achieve a treatment capacity of 2,497.4 mg/Nm3 SO2 and flue gas volume of 239,178 Nm3/h at the inlet.
The 168 hours reliable test of 1 # and 2 # desulfurization absorber was successfully completed in 2019. Under the design conditions, outlet SO2 concentration is no more than 35 mg/Nm3, and the dust concentration is no more than 5 mg/Nm3. All indexes fully meet the design's ultra-low emission standard. The owner fully affirms JNG's ammonia desulfurization and dust removal ultra-low emission technology. During the entire reliable test period, the professionalism demonstrated by the on-site technicians received unanimous praise from the owner as well. |
