| Shenghong Refining Sulfur Recovery Unit HAZOP and SIL Analysis Meeting Successfully Completed |
In November 2019,
the HAZOP and SIL analysis meeting of the integrated sulfur recovery unit and
tail gas desulfurization unit was successfully launched. From November 10th
to 12th, our technicians and members of the project group completed
the establishment of the analysis group. The group members worked day and
night. With 3 days of analysis and discussion, the groups made several
suggestions to strength the security of the analysis project and promote the operability.
They had simulation analysis of various working conditions of the process flow
and made a summary of the risk analysis results to form a complete meeting
record and a summary list of the suggestions.
The implementation of all proposed measures
at the HAZOP analysis meeting will be tracked, reviewed one by one during the
construction process. This meeting clarified the main dangers and hazards in
the project’s future construction and proposed solutions for them to guarantee
the safe operation of the device.
Shenghong Group 16million tons/year refining
and chemical integration project is a concrete measure taken by henghong Group
in response to the strategy of developing high-end petrochemical products and
promoting integrated development strategy of refining and chemical industry.
Total investment is about 77.5billion Yuan. The project adopts the most
advanced technology. The scale of the sulfur device is 4 × 150,000 tons / year
and are equipped with 4 sets of desulfurization towers. It the largest sulfur
tail gas desulfurization unit we have undertaken. |
