Sincerity and devotion work things out!

JNG China won the bid for the coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization and ultra-clean emission transformation project (1# absorber) of Chemical Branch of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.,Ltd (hereafter referred to as ZTHC Energy). This marks the fourth cooperation following ammonia desulfurization in 2013 and ultra-low emission transformations in 2018 and 2019.

There are six ammonia desulfurization absorbers (1# absorber with one 240t/h boiler, 2-6# with five 490t/h boilers respectively) for coal combustion in the thermoelectric division of the Chemical Branch of ZTHC Energy). Among them, transformation of 3#, 4# and 5# absorbers has been completed, with 2# and 6# absorbers being under construction. The ultra-low emission transformation of 1# absorber adopts ammonia desulfurization process which produces ammonium sulfate after crystallization. Under design conditions, the SO2 content of flue gas at the outlet of the absorber is less than 35mg/Nm3; the ammonia slip at the outlet is less than 3mg/Nm3; and the particle concentration at the outlet of absorber is less than 5mg/Nm3. These processes ensure a clean production site without producing three wastes, which contributes to a better company and environment.

ZTHC Energy Company was jointly built by Sinopec, China Coal Energy, Shenergy and Inner Mongolia Manshi Group, with equity ratio of 38.75%, 38.75%, 12.5% and 10% respectively. It is a mega coal deep-processing enterprise integrating coal, coal chemical products and electricity production. Established in September 2007, the company has an investment of over 58 billion yuan and an annual sale of about 20 billion yuan. Its chemical branch stands as the national coal chemical demonstration project, a major project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and by far the largest coal-to-olefin project in China. It boasts an annual production line of 3.6 million tons of methanol and 1.37 million tons of polyolefin chemical products.
