In July 2018, JNG China signed the EPC contract for boiler flue gas ultra-low emission project with Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd., JNG China and Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd. began to cooperate in 2008, Yangzi Petrochemical Phase I Boiler Flue Gas Desulfurization Project was executed by JNG China, and the newly signed project includes construction of the new 2# desulfurization absorber and the retrofit of the 3# desulfurization absorber. The designed flue gas volume of the 2# absorber is 750,000 Nm³/h and the designed flue gas emission comply to ultra-low emission standard.
Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd. is an important integrated base of refining industry in China. As an important partner of JNG, Sinopec and JNG has conducted in-depth cooperation in many fields such as boiler flue gas treatment, SRU tail gas treatment and VOCs treatment since 2006. The cooperation projects of the two parties include Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical, Hubei Fertilizer, Zhongtian Hechuang, Baling Petrochemical, Nanjing Chemical Industires, Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical, Jinling Petrochemical, Zhongke Refinery, etc. The signing of this project is a full affirmation of the ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission technology of JNG by Sinopec Group and Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd. In July 2018, JNG China and China Coal Erdos Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. signed the contract of ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission project for 1 million tons methanol boiler retrofit project. The contract of this project is another cooperation between our two companies on the basis of full trust!
China Coal Erdos Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is a state-owned key enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council --- a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Ordos region established by China National Coal Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as China Coal Group). The plant is designed to produce 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 3.5 million tons of urea and 200,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, with a total investment of 20 billion RMB. The Tuke Fertilizer Project constructed and operated by China Coal Group is a demonstration project for China Coal Group to implement strategic transformation and build a world-class coal chemical enterprise.
The Phase I of the project started construction in June 2011 and was completed in August 2013, the ammonia desulfurization of 3* 480t/h, high temperature and pressure pulverized coal boilers was undertaken by JNG China and the owner gave a high evaluation to our EADS technology! The newly signed project is ammonia desulfurization for 2 x 480t/h boilers, and the new desulphurization absorber is configured according to the mode of one absorber for two boilers, the flue gas volume in a single absorber reaches 1,100,000 Nm³/h and the design inlet SO₂ concentration is 4,065mg/Nm³, the outlet SO₂ is designed according to ultra-low emission standard.

Recently, JNG China and Zhongtian Hechuang Erdos Co., Ltd. once again cooperated and signed the EPC contract for the retrofit of coal fired boiler flue gas desulfurization and ultra-clean emission. Zhongtian Hechuang Erdos Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project Boiler Flue Gas Ammonia Desulfurization Project was executed by us in 2013, the newly signed contract is to retrofit of the original ammonia absorber for 1 x 560t/h boiler tomeet the ultra-low emission requirements.
Zhongtian Hechuang Erdos Co., Ltd. is a large-scale coal deep processing modern enterprise integrating coal, coal chemical products and power generation. It is invested and constructed by China Coal Energy Company Limited, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, Shenergy Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Man Shi Coal Co., Ltd. The overall construction scale of the plant includes: 5.27 billion tons of coal resources, 27.29 million cubic meters of water resources of the Yellow River, 25 million tons of construction coal capacity, 3.6 million tons of methanol per year and 1.37 million tons of olefins per year.

Recently, JNG China and Heilongjiang Daqing EPPEN Biochemical Co., Ltd. signed EPC contract for the 3×330t/h boilers flue gas ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission project.
Heilongjiang EPPEN 900,000 tons/year corn deep processing project will be installed with 3×330 tons high temperature and pressure boiler and 2×35MW back pressure units, one absorber is for one boiler, the outlet sulfur dioxide and dust content of the absorber is required to meet the ultra-low emission requirements.
Heilongjiang Daqing EPPEN Biochemical Co., Ltd. is dedicated to build a development base for the development of domestic amino acids and derivatives, to become a leading international producer of amino acids and an industrial demonstration enterprise in process technology, equipment automation, energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection, and cleaner production.

Recently, JNG China and Zhejiang Baling Hengyi Caprolactam Co., Ltd. signed the contract for the ultra-low emission retrofit of flue gas ammonia desulphurization phaseⅠproject. The signing of this contract is another cooperation between our two companies after the cooperation of the phase Ⅱ of the flue gas ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission project in 2016.
The signing project is to construct a new ammonia desulfurization absorber to treat the flue gas of 3×240t/h+1×410t/h boilers, alkali waste incinerator and waste burning boiler. The designed flue gas volume is 800,000m3/h, the SO₂ concentration is 2,257mg/Nm³ and the sulfur dioxide and dust content of the flue gas after the desulfurization absorber is required to meet the ultra-low emission requirements.
Zhejiang Baling Hengyi Caprolactam Co., Ltd. is located in Linjiang Industrial Park, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. The company's main products are caprolactam, cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol, ammonium sulfate, hydrogen peroxide, etc. Its caprolactam project with annual output of 200,000 tons is not only one of the key projects of the “2+4” strategic cooperation between Hangzhou and Sinopec Group, but also the largest installation project of caprolactam single-line capacity in the world. Its investor Hengyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. now has total assets of 20 billion RMB, and its comprehensive strength ranks among the top three in China.

Recently, JNG China and Inner Mongolia Boda Shidi Chemical Co., Ltd. once again cooperated, signed an EPC contract for the construction of a new ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission unit for treating the boiler flue gas at thermal power plant.
The cooperation between JNG China and Boda Shidi has begun since the beginning of its plant establishment. Boda Shidi was established in September 2009, and construction of fertilizer section began in June 2010. In 2011, JNG China built a 3×180t/h boiler flue gas ammonia desulfurization absorber for Boda Shidi thermal power plant. JNG's advanced EADS technology, environmentally friendly chemical process, and stable operation provides a favorable guarantee for Boda Shidi's on-site production. In recent years, the environmental protection requirements in China are getting stringent. In order to meet the ultra-low emission standards, Boda Shidi will construct a new desulfurization absorber for the 3×180t/h boilers and the signing project requires the outlet sulfur dioxide and dust content of the flue gas to meet the ultra-low emission standard.

Recently, JNG China and Xinjiang Xinye Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. once again cooperated, and signed the EPC contract for the ultra-low emission retrofit of 4×260t/h boiler .
The original ammonia desulfurization absorber for 4×260t/h boilers at Xinjiang Xinye Plant was built by JNG China in 2013. Our advanced technology and the stable operation of the unit has been highly recognized and affirmed by the owner. As the requirements for environmental protection indicators are getting more stringent, the ultra-low emission retrofit is needed. JNG' s 4th EADS technology is advanced and has been successfully put into operation in more than 100 projects, which is mature and reliable. The signing project is to retrofit the original two sets of units and build a new desulfurization absorber. The design flue gas volume of single absorber is 656,000 Nm³/h.
Xinjiang Xinye Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company funded by Xinjiang Xinye State-owned Assets Management (Group) Co., Ltd. with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region.

Recently, JNG China and SP Chemicals (Taixing) Co., Ltd. signed EP contract for the retrofit of the thermal power phase Ⅱ desulfurization unit. The signing of the contract is a re-cooperation between our two companies after the cooperation of the phaseⅠflue gas ammonia desulfurization ultra-low emission project in 2017. The project will build a new ammonia desulfurization absorber for its 3×440 t/h CFB boilers. The design flue gas volume for single absorber is 700,000 Nm³/h, and outlet flue gas emission meet ultra-low emission requirements.
SP Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore SP Chemical Private Co., Ltd., the company was established on December 30, 1995. After several expansions and developments, the company now has an annual output of 750,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant, an annual output of 500,000 tons of vinyl chloride plant, an annual output of 320,000 tons of styrene plant, an annual output of 185,000 tons of nitrobenzene plant, an annual output of 130,000 tons of aniline plant and one captive power plant.
