| Ultra-low Emission Project of Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industries Co., Ltd., Successfully Passes 168 Hours Reliability Test |
Recently, the power boilers flue gas ultra-low emission retrofit project of Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industries Co., Ltd., which was under the responsibility of JNG China, successfully completed the 168 hours reliability test. The project finished its construction on 30th June, 2018. On 21st September, the 168 hours reliability test was done and the report was submitted to the owner for review, and the review was passed on 20th October, 2018. During the test, the units operated stably, while all the indicators fully met or was better than the technical agreement requirements.
The project adopts the Ultrasound-enhanced SO2 and Particulate Control Technology (USSPAC) from our company. The flue gas volume from 3x320t/h boilers processed by the #3 absorber was 500,000 Nm3/h and the designed capacity of inlet flue gas SO2 is less than 1800 mg/Nm3. Under the designed work condition, it ensures that the desulfurization efficiency was above or equal to 98.3%, the SO2 content was no more than 35 mg/Nm3, ammonia slip was no more than 3 mg/Nm3 and dust content was no more than 5 mg/Nm3.
