General Contract Signed with Jinhua Huayu for the Ultra-Low Emission Transformation of the 4กม240 t/h Boilers

Recently, Jiangnan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Jinmei Huayu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (Jinmei Huayu) have once again cooperated and signed the EPC general contract for the ultra-low emission transformation of Jinmei Huayu' s 4×240t/h boilers FGD.

Shanxi Jinmei Huayu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinmei Group. It was established in October 2011 with a registered capital of 2.4 billion yuan. As of July 2018, the total assets of the company were 8.42 billion. In recent years, Jinhua Huayu has focused on promoting the "High-sulfur Coal Clean Utilization Circular Economy Industrial Park" (Shanxi Province "One City, Two Parks") project, and is committed to building a circular economy industrial chain system specializing in the clean use of high-sulfur coal and creating a first-class modern coal chemical recycling economy industrial park in China.

In May 2015, our company undertook the general contracting of boiler FGD for the first phase of Jinmei Huayu' s high-sulfur coal clean utilization thermoelectric integration demonstration project (annual production of millions of tons of methanol. This project has a total of 4 240t / h boilers. One FGD unit is designed for one boiler. The current FGD units cannot meet the latest ultra-low emission requirements. The aim of the project is the ultra-low emission transformation of the original FGD equipment. The concentration of SO2 in the flue gas from the existing unit is 1690mg/Nm3 (standard, dry, 6% oxygen). The new FGD units are designed based on in-absorber cooling crystallization, no flue gas bypass, and the clean flue gas back to the original chimney after desulfurization. The designed FGD efficiency is not less than 97.7%, and the annual operation time is 7200 hours. The SO2 concentration in the clean flue gas after the modification is not higher than 35mg/Nm3 ( standard, dry base, 6% oxygen) and the dust content at the outlet is not higher than 5mg/Nm3 (standard, dry base, 6% oxygen, when the dust content of the flue gas at the inlet of the absorber is not higher than 20mg /Nm3 ). The ammonia slip is not higher than 3mg/Nm3 (standard, dry base, 6% oxygen).
