The 2 # and 3 # desulfurization project of the 6x75t/h + 3x220t/h boilers of Ningxia EPPEN Bio-tech Inc., Ltd.,which was executed by JNG under EPC contract mode, successfully passed the reliability test on 28th November , 2017.
During the whole testperiod, the system parameters are normal, the units operated steadily, and the flue gas emission indicators all meet or exceed the requirements of the technical agreement. Inspectors insist on daily sampling on the absorbers without fear of severe cold and inclement weather. The sampling process is professional and highly recognized by the owner. The commissioning process is seamlessly connected with the erection, which provides a strong guarantee for the stability of the units. At this point, the four absorbers of the 6x75 t/h+3x220 t/h boilers flue gas ammonia desulfurization project for Ningxia EPPEN Bio-tech Inc., Ltd., are all successfully transferred to the client.
Under the influence of stability of JNG's technology and considerate service, the owner intends to further cooperate with JNG on the ultra-low emission project of desulfurization absorbers.
