| Ammonia Desulfurization Project of Henan Jinkai Chemical & Investment Group Co., Ltd. Successfully Passes 168 Hours Reliability Test |
On 15th September, the 3 X 240 t/h boiler ammonia desulfurization unit of Henan Jinkai Chemical & Investment Group Co., Ltd flue gas desulfurization ultra-low emission project, which was under the responsibility of JNG China, launched the 168 Hours reliable test and successfully completed it on 22nd September 2018.
During the test, all the indicators fully met the technical agreement requirements, the average outlet SO2 content was 11.85 mg/Nm3, the average dust content was 3.38mg/Nm3, the average ammonia slip content was 0.286 mg/Nm3, and the average droplet was 38.75 mg/Nm3. The online data has been uploaded to the local environmental protection bureau in real time, and the flue gas outlet parameters has met the latest ultra-low emission index requirements of our country.
